My Story

Hello, I’m Jean Maleacut, the founder of Jean M for Fit Life. My journey into the world of fitness and wellness started with a simple passion for health and a desire to help others feel their best—both physically and mentally. Over the years, that passion has evolved into a lifelong mission to empower people to transform their lives through fitness, nutrition, and mindful living.

From Passion to Purpose

Like many people, I wasn’t always in great shape. In fact, I struggled with my own fitness and health for years, trying to find the right balance between working out, eating right, and living a fulfilling life. It wasn’t easy, and I made a lot of mistakes along the way.
